Very disappointing and discouraged, guess they think we have no choice since mortgage and bank account is there. No longer care about retaining loyal customers and solving poor corporate department issues is too much trouble for a new be employee. No offer to have manager help or assist you. Very rude, pretty much told you if your not happy, go away.
