This bank branch is the worst for costomer service. I had to call several times over several days before I could get someone to answer the phone. When I finally was able to get someone on the line, the bank associate set me up with an appointment for the following week for either Thursday or Friday with a banker. She said the banker would call me back later on in the week to let me know which day the following week the appointment would be set for. No one called me back. I attempted to call and get a hold of someone over the next week and left several messages over several days for a call back and I never heard from anyone. I then tried to set up an appointment through the Truist website, and there were no days or times available to book for the Wayesville location. I called the main Truist line to set the appointment up and they also confirmed that no appointments were available to book online. This bank is one hour from my home so it's not like I can just drive there to discuss in person. I finally had to drive to Georgia to get help with a Truist branch there. Please Waynesville Truist, work on your customer service a little better. This is only one reason I will never have an account at your bank.

I've been sitting in the drive-through now for 20 minutes. I'm only making a simple cash deposit and I am still waiting. It should never take this long when I gave them the deposit 10 minutes ago. My dog can count faster

Branch does not have enough employees to properly conduct business. Stuck having to do all transactions via drive through. Such a pain.

Despite not having an account and us showing up literally at 11:55am on saturday when they close at noon...they were very nice. Cashed a check drawn on their bank without any problems
