- DWDavid WahrerJan 10, 20241.0For some reason this bank can't keep a working ATM. Every time I go here there's something wrong with it. Then they won't let me withdrawl inside without ID, so I gotta go back and get that. I'd leave zero stars if I could!

I received an automated response from First Citizens, thanking me for my application, and assuring me that someone would reach out to me shortly. I never heard another word from anyone in the First Citizens banking organization. Fortunately, I found a much better experience at one of First Citizen's competitors. I guess they have too many mortgage customers, and didn't really want another one...
