I'm not going to get into the weeds but some of the negative reviews for this Branch are spot on. I think this mandates some training, it would benefit our community.

Just simply asking why my money was put on hold and it never was so from Friday until tomorrow I’ve lirweallt had the inconvenience of moving money from savings just so I can buy anything at all. She made me feel like I was a burden and once she was repeatedly having an attitude with me I was just like alright and she hung up on me. All the other tellers have always been pleasant to speak to.
