At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
If you like lines, ridiculosity long waits, and unconscious staff, then this is your place. I join all the others in saying that this branch has problems. I have never had to wait so long to make a deposit. There were two tellers - oh wait - one left for "lunch" with 20+ people standing in line. The sole banker sat in her office playing on her phone while we all waited. I could have driven over to the Truist at Rogers Rd. and Main St. done my banking and driven back before I was served here. There were comments by a teller about staffing issues and apologies.
This is not a temporary issue at this branch. A few months ago, I scheduled an appointment with a banker. I arrived for my appointment to learn that no one was there to help me. Evidently, they do not use Truist's online appointment scheduling system.
Truist corporate management needs to address these issues and the ones posted by other frustrated customers.
