I with was SunTrust and BB&T before the truist merger. Truist absolutely ruined both banks. This particular wake forest location is the worst. My elderly mother lost her card and apparently someone found it and used it. Go in to the teller and tell her we need to dispute 2 transactions, get a temporary card and report a lost card. She rudely told us to sit in the lobby and someone would be with us. 9:05am There were 2 bankers in their offices, one with clients, the other playing on her phone sipping dunken coffee. After 45 minutes of sitting, and both bankers have walked past us more than once. No one bothered to say anything about how long they'd be before getting to us. At 10:00am we walked out after not being spoke to for almost an hour. On top of the rude response originally from the teller. This wake forest location is trash.

All calls go straight to voicemail. If you want to leave a message for a specific individual, you will NEVER get a call back. I drive to Louisburg, NC’s, Truist Bank rather than do business with this branch!
