A not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its members, SECU has been providing employees of the State of North Carolina and their families with consumer financial services for over 80 years.
The employees are so polite and helpful. I was there to get clarification on a situation. I got great insight on my concern and will deal with accordingly separately from SECU. The other issue with my bank card, which never worked. SECU didn’t create the clarification problem, but another member of fraudulent acts did. It would be awesome if they would withdraw further transactions with that member. Who’s to say if their documents presented are valid. Now, the intake lady up front was awesome. She had me busy between the two employees. My total actual total lingered wait time was less than five minutes. Sorry no inside pictures of a bank! Which is actually great, because one older lady had issues with keeping her dress down while sitting. She was showing her goods. I helped her one time to pull it down, because an older man across from her was doing everything not look. I pray someone else helped her out. She was there when I arrived and still sitting there when I left. She was trying to do something on her phone. I’m sure they took care of her.

I have had a very good experience at this branch. I've needed notary services and it has been a good experience every time. I'm done and on my way in minutes, where at my larger bank I've had to make an appointment and still waited for a full hour!
