- NMNancy MendiMay 31, 20191.0When I had my taxes done in the Wake Forest office they did a very good job. A few months later I went back to them for tax help. I had to chase after them for a return call when I got after 3 days. I sent an e-mail and never go a response. Not a call, text e-mail nothing. I will not chase after a company to give me help or return calls or e-mails. If it's not important and, you have plenty of time then they will be fine. If it's time sensitive find someone else who will handle your concerns in a "Timely Fashion"

The tax return was completed within days. All instructions as to filing and paying future estimates were clearly explained. Kermit also gave me valuable information as how to manage my charitable contributions in a more tax friendly way since I don't itemize. The fee was very reasonable and was much less than I expected. I absolutely would recommend Hoyle, CPA, PLLC. I feel totally confident in their accounting and tax services.
