    We have OT in an extremley tight parking lot and not many spaces. These people believe they are entitiled to block two parking spaces all day making handicapped and disabled children walk further to treatment. Politely called and let them know what they were doing even though they are FULLY AWARE there are disabled children here. Said they were going to move 1 sign.....never did. Def wouldn't trust my money with these type of ethics.

    Hello consumer world! I could not let another day go by without telling you about this company. There actions yesterday Thurs (09/19/24) let me know what type of people are working at this company. As most of you already know, the parking lot in this area is always full with different companies occupying the space and it is always hard to find a space when I bring my daughter to speech. I parked right in front of Edward Jones door on Wed (09/18/24) to drop my kid off and leave for an hour. I'm not sure how many others parked there but I'm sure they needed it. I also noticed that all of the parking spaces said "guest" as in anyone can park no matter what company you're visiting for the day. So I'll try to make this short but you need the details, I tried to park in the only available parking spot, which was right in front of Edward jones door and I see a sign that said "Reserved for Edward Jones customer only"! Wow! The nerve of this company to block others from parking in their space like they are sooo busy offering financial advise. I noticed the space was empty and I pray it continues to be empty for their lack of consideration, compassion, and sensitivity to others who may need that parking space more than their customers. I had to park down the hill next to the dentist office to drop my 2 year old off at speech. That hill is dangerous, people speed and they need a sidewalk to connect to the lower parking spaces. I watched a father struggle to bring his kid with special needs up the hill. Many children with mental and physical needs attend speech therapy in that same area with maybe 2 handicap parking spaces in the entire area. There are no handicap spaces near Edward Jones or the other areas. I was very disappointed and frustrated to see this company block others from parking there when I'm sure the "Edward Jones" employees and customers park wherever they want to, including next to speech therapy! I apologize for the lenghty review but we have to do better and be better in North Carolina, I've never experienced this in Florida. Don't you worry, I will never seek financial advise from Edward Jones and any other company affiliated with them! Thanks for reading this!

    Cathy is kind, compassionate and understanding. She cheers me on in my small business but also has been a help to my mother as she takes care of my grandfathers estate.

    I do not recommend Cathy Easop as a financial advisor. When asked directly if she could refund an annual fee that was charged 1 day before my account was due to close, she said she didn't have the power and gave me a 1-800 number. After spending way too long discussing the issue with the switch board operator, the operator informed me that it was 100% Cathy's decision to not refund the fee. That is an unfortunate decision made worse by her unwillingness to own her decision.
