Clerk teller has been rude on serval occasions. I went to deposit some cash and checks . Told her the cash amount but didn’t know the total with the checks . She got an attitude when i told her i wasn't exactly sure since the checks were all different amounts . She kept asking me repeatedly in a rude manner . Then got frustrated when the check wasn’t going through the machine , like if it was my fault . Last time i was in there she told me to deposit my checks on the machine outside because it was “easier “ to do , with a rude manners. My dad was trying to get money out of his account and only has a passport as form of ID. she was refusing to let him get money out because apparently to her that wasn’t a “real” form of ID. Made this issue known and they still let her treat customers like trash. Definitely worth it to drive 30 minutes to rockingham than do deal with her, which I heard most people do to avoid her .

It is my brands bank of choice and they understand the need of corporate business. Nice friendly faces and help whenever I need them. Sometimes a long wait in line due to staffing.
