If i could leave no stars i would. My husband and I walked in Troutman location to open a business account, at about 3:50ish we also have personal accounts there. Not one person greeted us. The teller said ill be right with you in a very unfriendly tone the other teller was with a customer and there was one banker in the office. The banker didn't get up to see what we needed either just sat there. The teller finished her transaction in the drive thru after about 10 mins standing there we were finally able to tell them what we needed i said we need to speak with a banker to open a business account. the teller said shell let them know we are here. the banker saw us sit down and looked at us and said "you need to see a banker" (no ones tone was friendly or inviting) we got up and said yes we need to open a business account at this point from us waiting so long it was 4:15 she looked straight up at her clock and said we need an hour for business accounts. I am in banking and had all the paper work we needed and she asked us if we came prepared and had all the paperwork. I told her yes and she said yes sorry we cant open it today we need an hour. I was truly frustrated at the experience we had with them and the bad attitudes and customer service their employees give. We wont be back to open an account and will be closing our personal accounts. Wells Fargo which is bigger had better customer service than they did. Which was shocking. Maybe train or hire people with good, kind, and friendly customer service.

Excellent service! Always greeted with a smile and hello when I go in, not their biggest account, but you'd never know it from the welcome. Prompt service and willing to help with any of my needs

2nd time visiting your bank through window with a BUSINESS ACCOUNT I advise Kathy at window needs some customer service training. We have a big acct there-business-and she needs to be more courteous with customers. Once I pulled up-no "Hello" nor smile. I had to initiate the greeting AND I was very insulted when she looked at me after transaction and maybe for 5 seconds pass.... I had to tell her "Thank you"? instead of her saying "Thank you"--for us doing business with BB&T. instead she looks at me and says "you welcome' but with a rude look on her face. Dissatisfied customer.
