- MMMonique MaddoxApr 17, 20251.0Worst service I've had since I've been with Wells Fargo (since 2010). I do the same draw every week . Which they can see. The amount may vary but every Thursday I'm making this withdrawal. Unfortunately it's normal for me to get side eyed , whispers, bank acct. Inspected I've seen it all . This bank would only give me 5% of my requested withdrawal. Stated I need to place an order for this amount. I've never had to.... Plus the funds in acct was more than I was requesting . What made it even more obvious the teller started the transaction did have and issuebwith the amount she wanted to make sure they had the amount since it was 20 minutes til closing. She called the manager Theresa the approve the transaction . Then all of a sudden ...I can't give you that much with the attitude then requesting my ID . If your wasn't five me the funds why is IID important. But I did. Then she wanted to know what was the purpose for funds .. to much just to not get my requested withraw,

The worst part is that the teller began helping people THAT HAD PULLED UP AFTER ME AS I SAT THERE. THERE WERE ONLY 2 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THRU WHEN I PULLED UP. I will go to another Wells Fargo in this area from now on.
