Don’t put your check into the ATM for deposit if you need your money right away. I deposited it on Friday night it’s now Monday morning I still Don’t have access to my funds… When I called she said unfortunately I won’t have the accessibility until midnight tonight!! It takes a full business day for processing. I am so Very disappointed

I had such a horrible experience today with this branch. I’ve had a few other instances with them, but today I left feeling very undervalued as a member of SECU for over 10 plus years and having thousands of dollars move through their system. Long story short, my daughter is non verbal autistic and receives SSI. I’ve never had an issue before with cashing her check but today there seemed to be a problem, and I was lied to by multiple employees saying that they cannot cash the check and tried to coerce me into opening an account for my 3 year old non verbal autistic daughter. After me explaining multiple times I did not want to open an account for her and explaining that multiple tellers had cashed the checks before with no problem, I was told that “if” that happened, they weren’t supposed to which was another insult to me to try to get me to contradict what I was saying, when I am well aware of multiple people cashing the checks for me. Ig was very embarrassing with being the only person of my ethnicity in the branch at that time, I definitely felt singled out and discriminated against. I would highly not recommend doing business with this branch especially if you have disabled children. Please do better state employees and create a more welcoming environment for people of color who are long time members
