It's literally like a bank that doesn't know how to do banking. A couple of the tellers are pleasant, but the "know-how" is non-existent.
My father opened an IRA with a FSB in my state when he amd mom were visiting. After he died, my mother went to transfer those funds in her local Taylorsville, NC FSB branch, and learned FSB lost the beneficiary documents. She had went to this local branch and 2 branches in VA searching for hard copies with no luck. The bank kept saying they were working on it but never provided her any communication. She ultimately had to wait 60 days (according to the bank) and then made several trips to the county court clerk for a letter of deficiency to get the issue resolved that this bank created and then couldn't fix.

Super helpful and friendly staff! I chose First Citizens because they had the best rates in town for starting a small business account. When I set up the account, they walked me through everything very clearly, and I was confident that I was making the best choices for my business. They also educated me on future products that are available when my business reaches certain milestones.
