They have the most unfriendly employees I've ever meet, they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in bank, there's no excuse for good manners! 2 time I've had to go to this place and each time it was empty. They says a lot and why!

I had a really frustrating experience there. I contacted this bank about 2 months ago in late summer 2020. I paid off my car to this bank in the early 2000's. That car got stolen summer of 2020. Found by police in Durham. Total loss. The thieves ruined the engine. It's on a lot in Raleigh somewhere now and most likely will be sold for parts or something. So I call and speak to a very nice teller 2 months ago. She referred me to the guy who handles those matters. I called him and left a message and he never returned my call. Inexcusable. I'll see if the BB&T here can help me. Also, this bank merged with another bank and now has a really weird name that is hard to remember. Worst experience ever with a bank.
