  Management has changed since the majority of the reviews, and I’ve noticed :). The manager Jeff has been extremely helpful, and so was the banker Zach that I spoke to today. Service is efficient. I love me a Wells Fargo 👍

  Went in to ask about opening an account as I wanted a local bank and I saw a promotion online about getting a new customer bonus after meeting certain deposit criteria. Anyways, when I went and asked about it, they essentially treated me like a criminal, gave me a random phone number after leaving me waiting around for a long time and just told me to deal with that phone number. No surprise, it was just some random corporate number that got me nowhere. I ended up opening up said account with said promotion on their website with zero issue, but closed the account shortly after, as this odd treatment left me with a bad taste. Why not just tell me they couldn't do the promotion instead of sending me on some weird goose chase? Very odd, but I am now happy using a local credit union. Glad I didn't pick a corporation that couldn't have felt further from a local bank vibe.

  I hate going inside Sylva NC branch Friday April 9th I had go in take care couple transactions. Another customer came up stood to my right talking loudly on his phone. Very disturbing to me I could not hear my teller cause of him. I look behind me no one in line I said to this rude other customer that's where the line is. He started verbally abusing threating call police on me. Yet continue standing there not one banking staff ask him get in line they allow him continue standing to right of me verbally abusing me. I'm trying count my cash to verify I had right amount and this customer standing next to me seeing me count my cash making me very nervous and still talking I so upset and nervous my hand was shaking. After my count I told teller I'm 200$ short he took cash ran back thru machine wrote total on paper show me total. I say my self WOW he expect me take the machine count what he say it was I told teller I don't trust machines lady boss I guess told him to hand count to me. after he gave back to me I hand count again myself to verify total all this while this rudely other customer standing right of me. I so upset when I got home I realized I had not made another deposit transaction. If this other customer next in line after me why bank staff allow him stand to my right he should been in line behind me or sitting in a chair somewhere. The bank staff all heard witness what we said to each other yet done nothing. Oh they say other customer Thanks for waiting patiently. Again WOW.
