- HTHolland TopolskiAug 25, 20235.0Very cool layout. From the wraparound lower level ATMs and drive thru windows to dome shaped building sitting on a partial cliff over looking the White Oak Rive. Good size parking lot with easy entry and exits. Clean, staff seemed friendly and on task. There's not much more to say.

My first attempt to set up an appointment was met with confusion as I arrived at the designated time only to be told there was no record of it. They asked me to return later that day, but upon doing so, I was left waiting well past my appointment time only to be informed that the banker was no longer accepting clients for the day. Undeterred, I came back to open a business account, only to be met with the same level of disarray. The teller insisted my appointment was at a different time, despite my clear confirmation. Their lack of internal communication and professionalism was painfully evident as I observed the chaos amongst the staff. My time is valuable, and it's disheartening to see a bank that claims to prioritize its patrons exhibit such carelessness. I will not only be refraining from pursuing my business account with them but also canceling my personal account. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who are seeking a reliable and organized banking experience. It's clear that customer care is not a priority at Swansboro 1st Citizens Bank.
