I stopped in to inquire about a business line of credit and opening 2 checking accounts. Nobody waiting but myself. I was ignored sat there 15 minutes I left apparently they don’t need anymore business. Forget about that bank they act like they don’t care about the customer.

Felisha is why my experience is a 1 star I went to get money transferred and she said it would be in my account within 24 hours it was not when I went back to figure out why it’s because she said I could go and the money would be in my account soon instead of telling me I had to go to the front counter to transfer the money on top of that when I came in today she skipped me while I was waiting for a while and helped them instead even thought they just had walked in. Overall not impressed with my experience I wouldn't even hire this lady at fast food disappointed

Aside from a longer than expected wait (they just need more tellers inside) everything was as expected. The staff were friendly, just slow going. I don't think that was their fault, but more just the system and how things operate. Not an unpleasant experience, just plan to spend a little more time than normal if going inside.
