If 0 rating was possible then I’d put that down
The branch manager at this location turned a simple issue into making sure she got the last word , to the point of being unprofessional and childish by making statements “ don’t tell
Me how to do my job!, constantly talking over me and making it feel like it was a game to say that she was in charge . Will never forget how she made me feel at one of the worst losses of relatives in my life.
Read other reviews , they are telling…..

I have banked here for years. My husband and I have had a truck loan since 2021. I have paid with my business card the last 3 years because it is a business truck.
Ms. Erica today told me I could not use it.
I replied I use this card every month. To which she laughed at me and said, “ You won’t use it today.” Then Said she needed to confirm with her manager.
I’m cool if you say let me see if I can accept this because you’re unaware you can, but to be arrogant enough to tell me I’m not paying that way before you even check is not professional.
Once she was finished I told her it would be more polite and professional to just simply say let me check instead of her arrogant statement. She just looked at me and laughed no apology for being completely wrong. Nothing. I stood there silent to provide her with the opportunity to correct her mistake before I said something but she offered nothing.
