I have been a customer for many years and have had held mortgages with this bank and i never had any issues that were not handled to complete satisfaction until, i started dealing with the statesville branch. This lady is the most unhelpful rude person i have ever delt with.I have had hundreds of thousands of dollars go thrugh bank and just recently built a house and used this bank and now they would not cash a check for me and push me to go to wellsfargo, well she don't want to work professionally she doesn't need the job and we dont need the disrespect.

It was over their limit ,so they had to send an email to the manager. They never mentioned they were all in a meeting, but they knew I needed it before they closed for the day for an early appt the next day. I finally called back at 4pm and they said they hadn't gotten a response yet to approve. You mean to tell me they had no one to call at all??? They didn't even try and told me to go to another branch in Mooresville. They did not lift a finger at all. Never again!!
