    Always professional. Always patient & kind. This is the way banking should be. In an age where the big banks are running from rural communities it leaves us in a desert of questionable banks/predatory loan companies & I was at a loss as to what to do about that. But this bank is fiscally responsible &:convenient. Locally managed. Even our loan process was easy. Cannot recommend them enough.

    Terrible experience at this bank. I did not feel that my accounts were safe or secure. Incompetent staff. The manager thinks lying is a training issue . He is well aware his staff is rude, unprofessional, and needs training. He doesn’t want to discipline his staff. He will pass the buck to his supervisor in Burnsville who is equally incompetent and ineffective at performing her duties and responsibilities. The staff at this bank were retaliatory because I made a complaint about staff member that lied about my account and gave me false, inaccurate information and was extremely rude. The management and leadership permitted the staff to be retaliatory by allowing them to be rude and unprofessional as they would try to impede my ability to access my own money and utilize my own debit card. When I closed my checking and savings account the staff member did not even count my money out to show it was the correct amount. I’m relieved to have my money secure in another bank. I left wondering if it was the correct amount. The insubordination of the staff to the management and leadership of this branch is the main reason I would never want to have an account with this bank. The times I tried to access my own money to circulate thousands of dollars in this community and spend it in independently owned businesses, they made it difficult to access because they wanted my experience at their bank to be miserable because they are immature and vindictive. The small businesses here should be concerned that their local bank is impacting their potential sales. If you have any issues with the bank, write to the board . They meet once a month in Georgia and the address to the board is on their website.
