Horrible customer service at the teller window. Condescending attitude and patronizing to customers. If you don’t like your job, get another one so that we can get better customer service. Went inside to Spruce Pine branch to report problem with ATM, teller’s attitude was awful and chose to blame me. I was going to let that part go until the teller decided to be patronizing and “explain” to me that if I continued to use the wrong PIN number at other places the card still wouldn’t work- and her tone and attitude were as if I was too stupid to know how a debit card and PIN number works. Assumptions because of my age and disability are very unwelcome and I told the teller before I left that I did not enjoy our interaction or her disrespect or patronizing. Ageism and disrespectful attitude because I look older and disabled are uncalled for and wrong.
