Horrible customer service and no person around except one lady behind thick glass with a bad attitude. She asked me to speak louder so she could hear me, maybe if you weren't sitting behind the thick glass, you could hear people, very impersonable and just horrible experience. My first time in a Truist branch and will be my last. Compare them to NFCU right up the road, a person greets you at the door, many friendly people walking around asking if they can help. Truist should take notes and learn from NFCU.

How this is possible idk but I was on hold for like 10 minutes I just I just fed up and hung up. Maybe this place is under staffed but don't ever expect this branch to pick up the phone. I call the branches in sanford all the time, never been on hold hardly at all let alone for 10 minutes+
