- BBBobbyOct 12, 20241.0Very terrible experience with this bank. From holding checks for a month after deposit to canceling debit cards for suspected fraud, without a call or verify. Very inconvenient to use a bank like this. Be prepared for a lot of excuses.

Unfortunately my parents called me by my middle name and since I have been married my first name is on all my legal papers. Not only would they not cash a check that I had plenty of money to cover I was also treated disrespectful by Gloria. A very bad experience Never have I been treated the way I was treated today in all the years I have been banking with First Citizens. 😡
