  Tiffany and Leslie and the others that work in Sparta are very good people but the company they work for, Truist is not in my personal opinion. If you do business with Truist please read this and spread the word. I am retired and must get the most return on my cash investments. Truist offered me a great rate to get my business. I know money market rates fluctuate but they decreased my interest rate by 99.7% over night with zero notification. The rate went from 4.4% to .01%. I did not catch it for two months which cost me significant interest. They are lending out my money at 10-20% for Truist personal loans and they want me to accept .01%??? This is a corporate gouge that I refuse to tolerate and they have already lost the majority of the deposits I had with Truist. I learned later that they could have possibly put me in a CD with higher rates but they did not proactively discuss any options at all until I found out what Truist did to me . I think keeping their Managers and Assistant Managers in the dark is part of their strategy to stick it to their customers. Again the Sparta location employees are very very good people but please be aware of the tactics used by Truist. I believe this is very short term thinking that will actually hurt them in the long run. I am actively discussing my experiences with anyone that will listen or read my posts.

  Tiffany Johnson is absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful trying to open multiple accounts. She remained diligent throughout the process and kept me up to date. Extremely professional, courteous and attentive. Highly recommend.

  Waited 25 mins to be waited on in drive thru while 8 cars went through the lane beside me. The teller was very rude how she talked to me and then refused to cash a check for me till i had the owner of the check call them!!! I guess if you dont have an account with BB&T bank in Sparta plan to wait or be told you can be waited on..long story short the owner of the account made them cash my check but banks should not treat people like this because you dont bank there and cashing a check at your bosses bank.. I pray the tellers day gets better and that she doesnt have to ever be treated as i was today. Every life matters and kidness & understanding goes a lot further ❤

  I like this bank because they gave me a student checking account and I like it, but you’ll should be opened on Mondays like every bank should.

  A good place to bank. Works with Zelle to send money instantly, can deposit checks directly into your account using the U by BB&T application.
