Don’t trust this bank! They shorted my relative $500, and I guess it’s their word against ours… BEWARE!

This branch shorted my mom $500 who’s 80 Years old. She went home after withdrawing $2000, and only had $1500 in the envelope. The drawer was over $189 that day not under $500. So they clearly are making mistakes. Wouldn’t give My mom her missing $500 and said it’s their word against hers. My mom didn’t can’t the money in the branch bc there were men inside she didn’t want to know she had that much cash walking out. They do not back their customers, your just another number at this branch. Don’t bank here, beware!!! We are out $500 due to their mistake they won’t admit to.

This bank is a joke. I'm used to a much different experience with customer service. It's hard to believe these are neighbors. I recommend United Bank down the road if you have respect and dignity.

Crashed a check that was written from this bank and they charged an $8.00 fee.... the CHECK is from YOUR bank, I've never heard of this. Certainly won't consider doing business with this bank. I gave one star because someone actually answered the phone.

Everytime I go here this one lady with blonde hair and glasses always seems to have an attitude like it's nobody's business. Has no idea what manners are?
