But from what I've seen, they should hire friendlier, more down-to-earth, and professional staff to serve all customer categories. I don't know how Wells Fargo still operates. Because of the service. If you're not happy serving Wells Fargo customers, then make room for another employee who wants to work and do the job right with a smile on their face.

This behavior led me to immediately close my trust account today, ending a relationship with your institution that has spanned over 30 years, from the days of First Union and Wachovia to now. This morning, I had a scheduled meeting with Eva Gater to discuss my trust account. We were in the middle of our private conversation when Joel interrupted. He rudely asked Eva if she was "about to be done" because she had another appointment. This public and disrespectful interruption was a breach of privacy and a direct cause of my decision to close my account. It is unacceptable for a manager to treat a customer—especially one of such long standing—in this manner. The behavior was so poor that I could not, in good conscience, continue doing business with your institution. I trust that you will take this matter seriously. I expect an explanation as to why this behavior is tolerated and what steps will be taken to correct this behavior.
