Debi was super helpful and friendly even after I watched her get wrongfully fussed out by a customer and she maintained decorum the whole time despite their rude treatment of her as she upheld her company’s policy.

Not this place but truist in general is so terrible how can you make someone wait over 2 weeks for a card is trash I'm late on rent and power bill now if they say on the app we are slow and are not a good bank I definitely would live to go somewhere else where they actually move to get people a debit card this is absurd 60$ in late fees and I have to pay it not these slow people I'm switching ASAP

Mrs. LeMieux really helped us out with a banking matter. She was friendly, courteous, and completely professional. She stuck through some maddening technical issues until the matter was fully resolved. Highly commend her to anyone who appreciates old fashioned customer service. Well done and thank you, Mrs. LeMieux!

Getting ahold of my banker is about as easy as getting a root canal without any use of pain medication and pliers. They never answer, always on vacation, and are willing to lie 100% of the time. Worst bank I ever had
