- CCCheryl Carter3 days ago5.0I needed to open an additional checking account at which time I was assigned Shannon Bullard at the Southern Pines location. Shannon was most cordial, understanding, and efficient. We were able to carry on a conversation as she handled all the necessary documents efficiently. She was clearly able to multitask and get it done in only few minutes. I had a pleasant experience and would bank there again.

- SSSteven SpielbergSep 30, 20252.0Very unprofessional bank teller, refused to cash my sons school check saying that it was fraudalent, even though it is issued from the State of N.C..I been banking here for years and never had problems with any state checks that needed cashing. SECU should not hire tellers that have no idea what they are talking about.You would think that this teller would know a fraudelent check compared to a state issue check. Very disappointed in this branch and all the loitering outside in the parking lot.Was ask for money twice from people hanging out.
