First they gave me the phone number for PNC Bank. I called and they gave me the name and the number of the merchant. I called that number. The phone rang about 10 times and stopped. Three more times the same thing. The lady named Linda in the told me she was having trouble getting in touch with the merchant. Letters and phone calls resulted in no response. I was told that on 04/08/22 if there is not response the money will be created back to my account. You and I both know one thing. If someone opens an account with First Citizens they must provide good contact information to the bank. Something is FISHEY that PNC Bank cannot provide a good contact number to the merchant that is FRUADAGENTLY drafting money from peoples checking accounts. (WHAT DO YOU THINK)
