- LPLaura PraterOct 26, 20201.0So I'm from out of state, I'm trying to get a notary to sign my voters ballot so I can send it back and I was actually denied services because I'm not a member, I didn't think that anyone could be denied a notary public for a voter's ballot but I guess I am mistaken, so I will let everybody know if you're from out of state don't come here because they won't notarize your voters ballot for the president of the United States.
