  So sick of standing in line because every time I go in there there's only one teller. Today there was 13 people in line. I swear I'm changing banks.

  Horribly slow!!! There is never anybody in the drive thru when they have two lanes... whenever someone comes to the window they have to take your stuff to the front counter... it's just ridiculous

  Walked up before 5pm, the woman slammed the door in my face and told me through the door that they wouldn't deposit my money. She told me that they would get an "exception" for letting me in. Basically that wells fargo corporate would penalize them for helping their customers. Been with the company 25 years and its seriously worse every year. I feel bad for her and for anyone working for companies which cade so little about the people they are in the community to support. I hope anyone considering wells fargo is able to rethink their decision and go with another bank. I've recently been using Atlantic Union Bank and they would never do this to anyone. Very disappointed as always. Edit: Response to Bank Comment. If suggesting that customers make an appointment to deposit money at a bank does not give you pause, it is unlikely that any level of ethics is important to you. Luckily for you that is befitting of a WellsFargo employee.

  Dylan the teller's attitude is extremely poor. Took five requests to not pull up my personal account when just making change for only $60 for my business. Then audibly pouted multiple times and stared at me annoyingly while gathering the cash and change I politely requested. Then to drive home the fact he wasn't happy made several smart remarks and tried to lecture me on my behavior for my next visit. All over simply requesting to not pull up my personal account for a transaction that did not require it. Could have been a five-star interaction had he simply said "it's a good practice to pull up your account however seeing that you're in a rush maybe on your next visit we can look it over". Instead of trying to exert authority and exhibiting disdain over being politely told no.

  The worst customer service I've ever experienced from Wells Fargo. The personal banker began assisting me with depositing checks that he said wouldn't be a problem since I had the clerk of court document received literally the same day. He logs into my account and then says we'll, I want to call and confirm some things first but it shouldn't be a problem. While he's on the phone, he raises all these "questions" with the person on the phone about their policy to then hang up a half hour later saying sorry I can't deposit the checks because our policy needs to be updated. I flew from Florida to NC to handle this matter, and not only did he waste my time but change what the clerk of court literally said was sufficient. Then, had the nerve to ask why I was just making minimum payment since my husband's death. That was unnecessary and insensitive.
