I tried to deposit a check thar my Aunt from another stare sent me, they didn't even try to allow me to deposit it, no hold or anything. I even talked to the Bank Manager Cedric and he blatantly told me he wasn't going to let me deposit it. He did not do his job at all, or even try to help me. I ended up going to Pittsboro where they put a 4 day hold on it and was very professional and friendly..I would not recommend this branch.

If I could give 100 stars for Josh I would! I went in to the Siler City Branch with several questions about linking my bank account to a popular banking APP (bc I'm not tech savvy at all) and Josh truly went above and beyond to help me in every aspect! Customer Service at it's finest!!!!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Always has excellent customer service. They've saved me money on refinancing & more.
Also the associate Eddie Linton at this branch was patient & kind to my disabled parents on 2 separate occasions. My parents switched from 34 years at Wells Fargo to this branch because of his customer service.
