Do not recommend this bank at all! I had a friend and her mother who had a stroke trying to get her account fixed and add her daughter who is power of attorney to the account. She has 2 accounts with this bank. Even after she showed all the documentation they called APS on her and went to her house the next day. Her mother was so upset. She had a stroke and has bad memory that is why her daughter is her power of attorney and had proof of all the bills she pays for her mother every month. She showed them power of attorney paperwork, the fiduciary paper and bills and they didn't care. It is sad and very bad customer service how they handled this. Im so glad I don't bank with them and I won't.

I went into the branch with my mother because her online account was locked. She has had a stroke so I am power of attorney for her, as well as having a secondary account with this branch in which the VA appointed me her fiduciary. My mothers short term memory is not good and I have to pay a caregiver to sit with her some while I work just to give an idea of why I would be the one to access her account to pay her bills. The branch told us that her online account could not be unlocked because they did not condone her sharing her information with me and that if I would bring the power of attorney paperwork I mentioned having by their branch they could add me to her account. I took the power of attorney paperwork to them today and they filed an APS report on me stating they thought I was exploiting my mother because they felt she was unaware of all of the transactions on her personal account. After the social worker called me and advised me to email her the POA paperwork and all receipts for her bills I had paid with her personal card, the bank then called me and told me once the APS report was closed they would be able to add me to her personal account due to me providing the correct POA paperwork. I do not wish to keep her account that has me as the fiduciary due to this slander against me and she does not wish to keep her personal account after Adult Protective Services came into her house asking her questions and making her upset due to her memory problems. I just can’t believe this bank did this when they approved to add me as her fiduciary on one account and then accuse me of misusing the other account. I had all the paperwork showing her medical conditions, her bills, etc that I also took in with me to the branch but they wouldn’t even look at it.
