I can’t say enough good things about Brandie and this branch! We have our personal, business, nonprofit account and mortgage through Truist. We always get such prompt, helpful service- we love banking here!

I really feel sorry for the customers who have to deal with this bank. Incredibly bad and rude service starting from the Manager all the way down to the tellers who feel like they own you. Unfortunately I had to deal with these clowns for several transactions. This is a bank that won't even accept cash, go figure that. Looks at the reviews in all branches, they don't even have a 3 start , and they don't care.

14 people in line. Less staff. Half hour waiting is usual at this branch.

Marianne needs to change her attitude, she’s not helpful at all. This branch needs to really change their costumer service. Rather go out of town instead of this place.
