I really feel sorry for the customers who have to deal with this bank. Incredibly bad and rude service starting from the Manager all the way down to the tellers who feel like they own you. Unfortunately I had to deal with these clowns for several transactions. This is a bank that won't even accept cash, go figure that. Looks at the reviews in all branches, they don't even have a 3 start , and they don't care.

My family was firsts with BB&T and then with Truist for over 20 years & at no time have we been dissatisfied or disappointed. My dad is 83 & retired, he has early stages of dementia and until I relocate from the UK he was alone & taking care of his finances on his own & they made sure the transition was smooth & flawless. The Sanford branch located in the plaza is where we do our business & every team member has always been always been kind, caring, respectful & professional. Unfortunately, we live in a world where of on demand services has become the norm, forgetting extenuating circumstances apply, like being short staffed due to circumstances beyond a company’s control. We understand that, it’s a shame not every gets it!!!!! My family THANKS TO TRUIST FOR BEING A STAPLE IN LEE COUNTY & CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY!!!
