- VCveronica colemanFeb 9, 20232.0Went today to open an account with my son who is a minor ,Maddie varju was the lady who assisted us with the process,first off sitting down her questions where very unclear, she was unclear on what she actually needed to open the account,what really was the dumbest is that she asked if I wanted to be on the account with him ,so I stated no I don't need to be so she goes to say we won't be able to open the account today cause he needs a parent on the account as if she was trying to dismiss us . I told her you should not ask questions as an option if it's mandatory. She definitely needs more training and her customer service sucks !
