I suggest you go to another bank, I had to wait a long time in line because all they was doing was talk talk talk and then when I did go up to the teller she wouldn't give me any quarters so I could do my laundry not even a dollar's worth and had a really nasty attitude about it like she has some kind of authority over me, I would advise you to go somewhere else, if you're not one of their regular favorites they're not going to do anything for you, it was a complete waste of my time and the worst customer experience I've ever had in a bank. That woman don't have any authority over me not in the least, I went to the car wash and got change and she shouldn't even be working there

I called State Employees Credit Union and they always answer within the first couple of rings. Not sure what is going on with this bank. We went once and they were out of checks, and also ink.... come on now...
