- JHJack HowellDec 14, 20231.0Worst possible bank. They kept $26.33 for an inactive account. I couldn't use the account because l lost the debit card and l ordered a new one and they said the account was closed. Go anywhere else they are awful. The 800 number or the branch would not refund the money. I'm glad it wasn't 26 grand. Beware. There are undisclosed terms for dormant accounts.
