- JPJosh PolandDec 22, 20255.0I recently switched banks to First Horizon after seeing a promotional offer for opening a new checking account I figure it was worth trying out considering they are paying me to give them a try. Last week I experienced a major issue with their ATM machine and contacted them the following day. I ask to speak with the branch manager and gave the nice woman that answered details of my call and was informed that the branch manager was in a meeting that she would relay my issue to her and to call back in a couple hours. Surprisingly it wasn’t 5 minutes after I hung up I received a call from Michaela Curlee the branch manager after talking to her and explaining everything she told me not to worry about anything she would call whoever she needed to to get it resolved. By the time I got off work and able to check my account she had already took care of the problem! I definitely couldn’t thank her enough for the personal attention she put forth in making sure everything was where it was supposed to be! Thank you!
