- JJJBSep 18, 20221.0I have used BB&T for years, but I am currently stranded with a temp card that they deactivated, still haven't gotten the actual card delivered yet, and the customer support just picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I was told the temp card would work till I got mine activated or until the expiration date of 2024! This has tanked my already low expectations for the banking industry. If I could rate 0 stars out of 5, I would.
