- RPRobert ParkerApr 23, 20251.0Wells Fargo has pushed me to the edge, upsetting my wife and turning her into social service. They are not qualified to do the jobs they are being paid to do. My wife tried and tried to get her mother's account set up so she could take care of her business, being that she has dementia. Paperwork was filed, and it seems NO ONE knows how to do their job. They sent a credit card to her old address after it had been changed and low and behold, someone gets ahold and runs charges on it. Today, I come home, and the sheriff's department has served papers saying they are going to sue my mother-in-law. When I was in business for myself, they were THE WORST BANK I'VE EVER SEEN to deal with. All I have to say is hire competent people! They have treated my wife and mother-in-law like trash, and I WILL FIND someone to sue them.!
