Most likely because they are overwhelmed. Please, I’ve been doing business with you guys since 2010, but I’m considering switching. The wait times are simply ridiculous and demonstrates your lack of respect for my time. Two stars because the ladies you do have working here are great at what they do, just not enough of them.
