Bad customer service there and they don’t even answer the phone when you call them

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this branch. I first came in to get a document notarized and was told I needed to bring a specific form. I returned with the correct paperwork, only to wait over 30 minutes while other customers who came in after me were helped first. The only person who could notarize my document, Jenifer L. Bailey, was in a nearby office loudly arguing on the phone the entire time. She saw me waiting and still chose not to acknowledge me.
Just as I was getting ready to leave, Jenifer finally came out — not to apologize or offer assistance, but to tell me I could “just go to UPS and pay $5” if I didn’t want to wait so long. The comment was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. Meanwhile, the teller was getting into multiple verbal arguments with customers, creating a chaotic and hostile atmosphere.
This experience was disappointing from start to finish. I left without receiving the service I came for and will absolutely not be returning.

Note its 3-4 computers at the drive-thru only 1 lady sits at the computer constantly (she's great) the others walk to the window then go to the front computer like its not 2 or 3 other computers there... this is during the covid-19 so its no customers inside why spend time
