She truly worked her magic and went above and beyond to help me. I had just come from my personal bank, where they quoted me a 15% interest rate—but thanks to Mrs. Heaven Lee, SECU offered me a much lower and more reasonable rate. Not only did she save me a significant amount of money, but her customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It's clear she looks out for the best interests of her clients. I’m beyond grateful for her help today and highly recommend her to anyone needing financial assistance or guidance!
- KSKimberly SilviaNov 20, 20231.0I know people make mistakes but I'm the one that is having to suffer the consequences & waste my time & gas trying to fix the issue the manager teller KAY HAWKE made at this bank. TELLER KAY HAWKE GAVE MY DEPOSITED CHECK BACK TO ME THIS MORNING & THEN ASKED ME TO COME BACK TO THE BANK OR MEET HER SOMEWHERE IN TOWN THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE SHE WASNT SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME THE CHECK BACK. I AM LIVID THAT YOUR BRANCH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL & WAITED UNTIL CLOSING TIME TO TRY & FIX HER ERROR. I HAD TO CALL THE ABERDEEN BRANCH JUST TO GET THE ROCKINGHAM OFFICE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION!

And the receptionist said she's not available. I said ok what about another day? No she's not available all week. Ok what about another day? She not available! Why not tell me when she's available. So I can set a appointment. Besides being rude and very unhelpful. Then asked me is that all. So I walked out. Need to work on people's communication and people's skill. Not very professional for State Employees credit Union or any other bank
