Lady at the bank window has no professional. Told me yesterday I couldn’t cash my check because of my account being closed, now that I understood but after that she didn’t say have a nice day or anything I literally had to engage by telling her “thank you” and she said “welcome” without even acknowledging my presence. They need to fire her

Most racist bank ever I went into the bank and deposited a large check they gave me the run around saying it was available then it wasn't!! Nasty staff helped the white ppl that came in but had me wait for 45 min checking to make sure it wasn't stolen. Then after 45 min they released my funds in Roanoke rapids after two different banks told me it wasn't available until the 28th. SMFH don't bank here please if your a person of color I felt so embarrassed standing there while everyone else walked in and walked out. Well at least Roanoke Rapids gave me my funds Columbia NC told me I couldn't touch any of it.🤔 Definitely moving all accounts from there Monday morning!!!
