I called to find out information about payment we are owed by SECU, not the member, but Destiny informed me that we could not be provided any information because we were not the member. I’m giving a bonus star because you were not rude, but you didn’t even try to see if you could provide some assistance…not to mention the fact that you weren’t listening. We in fact do have every right to find out where the funds are.
