- SRShelly ReidAug 20, 20255.0After a dismal experience at the Truist on Elm Street in Greensboro, we opted for this location to do a simple domestic wire transfer and WOW was it an entirely different experience. We arrived, were immediately greeted by Claudia and felt seen, which is frankly what is expected when entering a building that houses money (LOL) We were then greeted by Jennifer who was personable and explained that she was training an associate and she'd be sitting in with us. Even as she walked an employee through every step, even some additional note taking, we were done in less than 20 minutes, in and out with receipt in hand. THAT is how things are supposed to work at a business establishment, it was noticed and VERY much appreciated.
