- RMRenee M.Dec 8, 20195.0Last week I brought my grandfather and mother into the bank. My grandfather who is in a wheelchair was so happy when he saw a very sophisticated woman open the door for him. The bank manager saw us from her office and came to open the door for us. We were immediately assisted by a wonderful woman who let my grandfather talk and talk and talk while she quietly told me she had completed the task we came in for. This branch although way out of my way, is close to his nursing home. He loves it! I am so impressed with every single employee we came into contact with, this branch should be the training center for all branches. A+ all the way around!

We have 5 business accounts, 5 business credit cards, 3 personal accounts, 1 line of credit and 2 personal loans and nobody knows who I am or much less cares.
