Banker was supposed to follow up with me about my account and I haven’t heard back by the 15th, called in over 20 times it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach the bank on the phone. I then went into my Wells Fargo app to “create an appointment” it then showed a number to another banker at the location, after leaving multiple voicemails she did call me back. I then received a call back from Zach 20+ days after my initial visit. Very unprofessional. At that point I had already handled the issue at the 1-800 number. This isn’t the branch I usually go to and it was a BIG MISTAKE to still go here after seeing it has 3 stars on reviews.
