I and my brother came at 4:05 pm and they refused to help us to set up a bank account. We went to another bank and they helped us right away. This has never happened to me at another bank. This bank is so insufficient and the bankers are rude compared to the one at Six Forks. I would rather drive a 7 minute extra than to face these people.

He is quick to respond to a phone call or email and he is always prepared. I recently took out a home equity loan and Ryan walked my wife and I through the process. He made it easy and quick and fully explained the ins and outs of that type of loan. Ryan's financial background also proves to be an asset. I run a networking group and our bank account is with Ryan because I know he will make sure everything runs smoothly. Add the convenient location and Ryan and Wells Fargo are just hard to beat.
