  Waited in the line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn't cash my check for one letter off when they cashed it last week at the same location spelled the same way chose another location. I've been with wells fargo for 12 years never experienced this b4 almost closed my account

  I honestly don't understand this. Several times my coworker and I have gone to get change and we specifically let the teller know what kind of bills we want for it. We need ones and fives mostly and yet too many times we have been given tens. This creates an issue we have to deal with at work when we end up having to use up our fives and ones because our company does not allow us to keep more change in the office. What makes this even more frustrating is that we even try to make this simpler for the tellers by writing out what we want in each denomination. Today I wrote: $20 in Ones $20 in Fives. What was I given? $10 in Ones (what I need most), $20 in Fives, and $10 in a Ten. Seriously? And no explanation as to why by the teller. How difficult is this? Am I going to have to hand them a Twenty and say I want all Fives and once they give me that hand them another Twenty and tell them I want that all in Ones? Will that make this easier? I honestly can't understand what the issue is here. We shouldn't have to stop and look through what we have been given like this is some sort of fast food place. We don't have time to be making more than one trip to the bank a day as that is 8 miles each time we have to drive to do this.
