  Wells Fargo in general has gone downhill. Banked with them for over 10 years, moved into this state and to say my experience is lack luster is an understatement. Every time, I go into this branch or any other all I get is excuses on how they are not going to help. The latest horror story is trying to get some help for a wire transfer and they were closed before the assigned time and were not willing to help me. Calling is even worse. The next time I walk in to their branches will be to close my accounts. Don’t even bother with Wells Fargo.

  Terrible branch manager. Tried telling me how hard his job is and had no desire to help. Horrible customer service. Been with Wells Fargo/wachovia for 30 years and they have gone downhill. Will be looking for other banks!

  Worst wf branch ever, I always deposit checks via ATMs and never have I ever had an issue with any other branch, my money is always released promptly, but not with this branch, last week I deposited a check at this branch's ATM and now I can't access my funds until next month.... Smh.

  Around 3 months ago, I was there with my partner because he needed assistance to talk with one of the associates there. The teller told us to sit down since he was with another customer already so we did. We waited roughly 20 min for him to finish( uncluding the 5 min he was just looking at his phone, purposely ignoring us) and while awknowledging us with eye contact proceeded to be on using and texting on his phone rather than helping us. Needless we did not want his help anymore and only when we were both close out the door he approach us to ask if we needed help. They definitely need to do better with how they treat their clients and be more respectful towards people's precious time.

  I used this branch for the first time today the staff was very friendly I went in around 4 PM no lines the only reason I didn’t read the five is the difficulty to get to the branch in the North Hills area. If you go around to the back of the location there is a better parking and they do have four handicap spaces which is beneficial to me. Again the staff was very polite and I would have given them five stars only was difficult to find and difficult to access from Six Forks Rd.
