- JKJoe KingNov 7, 20251.0Wells Fargo in general has gone downhill. Banked with them for over 10 years, moved into this state and to say my experience is lack luster is an understatement. Every time, I go into this branch or any other all I get is excuses on how they are not going to help. The latest horror story is trying to get some help for a wire transfer and they were closed before the assigned time and were not willing to help me. Calling is even worse. The next time I walk in to their branches will be to close my accounts. Don’t even bother with Wells Fargo.
